An analysis of education budgets at the elementary and secondary level will show that only a very small percentage of the funding comes from the federal level. What does come rarely has anything to do with teacher salaries, unless things have changed lately.  Most of that money comes from state revenues.  So I think it is highly unlikely that science and math teachers will get anything from Obama.</description>
