What does having a strong math background lead to with a degree in Business Administration?

I am currently studying Business Administration and I have read that some of the jobs it leads to are a claims adjuster, examiner, investigator, administrative services manager, how does the strong math background figure into these?

A degree in business leads to a lot more kinds of jobs than you list. Within business, there are several different concentrations that you can study. There are several where a strong math background is helpful — including Finance, Accounting, IT Management and Operations Research. (OR)
Finance and OR require more math than the others.
