Is there any other way than the NYC regents and SAT to rise your math score for colleges?

I’m not so good in math and I got low scores on my math regents and math part of the SAT.
I recently applied to some colleges and they said I have to take some classes and a math test. Is there any other way I can go about this problem.

How can I find out what Math material is on the Paraprofessional Test for California?

I have to take the paraprofessional test to be an instructional aide in California and I am really struggling to find any specific information on the web as to what exactly is on it. Some have said Algebra or Pre-Algebra or just study Cliff’s Notes for Math. Has anyone taken it and do you have suggestions on how to study?

How can i learn everything there is to knwo about math in a short period of time ?

I want to take the GED test but i really suck at math and i have tried math study materials from my library and stuff but it don’t really explain how to …. Its more of refresher type material but i need to learn it before i can refresh it :o ) is there an easy way to learn how to do all the math on the test in a short period of time ? Say like 3-6 months ? I know basic math : Adding, Subtracting, Multiplication but thats about it.
I know i can but how ?
