How do I work in a team in math class?

In math class the teacher always tells us to work in teams, but I’m not good at math, and the other kids don’t know either, and if they do they don’t explain. Then when I ask the teacher she tells me to work with them.

Why do I keep having dreams about my math teacher?

For some reason lately, I keep having dreams about my math teacher. He’s 20-something and married. I think it’s because I’m making a thank-you present for him and the rest of my teachers. I’m getting really uncomfortable about it whenever I have math. Not only that, when I tell my classmates about it, they think I have a crush on him. I don’t and its really embarassing! Someone help me!

i dropped a math class but need to raise my grade?

same problem, but i dropped the class already, so theres not much i can do! but i really need this D. My team is counting on me to beg him for that grade,he wont make me do extra credit or any work,and its not that he cant, its he wont.I dont know what else to say or do,i see him everyday and i ask him to give me one chance. Im planning to go see him tomorrow again, any ideas what to say to a stubborn math teacher?

How much Statistics do you think they will ask on the Praxis II Math teacher exam?

Hi. I have not had a full Statistics course, but this seems to be one of the topics listed on the Praxis II Math teachers exam number 0061. Can anyone give me an idea of what they might ask, and how to prepare for this other than taking an entire Stats course?

My math teacher says teachers should never assign their own subject as punishment. Is that true?

Is it too late at 29 to go back to college to receive a secondary math certification?

I already have a bachelor’s in Business, but I am interested in becoming a math teacher at the high school level. To get this degree I am looking at probably 3-4 years of college again, I don’t know if it is feasible for me at 29 to do this. Any thoughts or suggestions? Thanks.

the bad thing is it’s mandatory,and 200 is an A, and i need to do it to pass!
