If i want to become a CPA what type of math classes should i take in high school?

Math HelpTo Graduate with my AA all I need is a 6 math credits(or two math classes). Is it possible that I can take two math classes in one semester? I’m at a Community College in Florida.

Math HelpI have a friend who does his homework and scores C’s in all of his math classes, but when it always came to science he always outranked everybody else. AP Physics really set him apart from everyone else. It was a joke to him, but he got out of Algebra II with a C+ and didn’t take a math course his senior year. What’s the problem? He never really studies, but he’s currently an Honor Graduate, so I guess he couldn’t be considered that lazy if he did well.

Math HelpI really want to be a photographer , but some people say that you need tons of math , and I am not that great with math . Would a photography school want you , if you have a C average in your math classes, but I have A’s and B’s in all of my other classes, and some of them are advanced .So my question is , if you are terrible at math , could you make it as a photographer ?

Math HelpCalculus I is a required course for the major I want in college; aerospace engineering. I am planning to take other math courses online at BYU if it would be best to. But I just need to know what other math classes are recommended to better understand Calculus I?

Math HelpAccording to one article featured at Yahoo, one professor believes that fractions and long division are not necessary to teach young students, when they have calculators and computers to do the math for them. What if students will never understand how math works withoug learning the basics such as fractions? Aren’t they important in everyday tasks such as cooking? What if all the digital technology disappears?

Math Help
I am writing a persuasive essay and I am trying to convince someone that it would be a good idea to get rid of math classes because most of the math we learn in school (at least in America) we don’t use outside of the classroom. Also that we need to spend more time helping the kids figure out what they want to go to college for, spend more time on classes that have to do with the career they’re interested in. What are some other reason getting rid of the required math in high school would be a good idea.

Math HelpHi, I would like to know what math courses a student at UC Davis with a biotechnology major must take and what kind of math those classes consist of in as much detail as possible. Is there calculus? If so, how much and what kind? How many math classes must one complete and approx. how long will it take to do that? What is the minimum amount that a student must take to earn a degree?
