Math Help

In math class the teacher always tells us to work in teams, but I’m not good at math, and the other kids don’t know either, and if they do they don’t explain. Then when I ask the teacher she tells me to work with them.

Math Help

I am taking a real estate class and need to purchase a calculator to help with the math problems. My instructor said not to buy a Real Estate calculator, because they are hard to understand. I am thinking maybe a business calculator. I know I need the one that will place the decimals in the right place. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Lately I’ve been doing really bad in math class. I got a D on my last test, despite the fact that I studied really hard and reviewed the entire chapter. Now we’ve moved on and are focusing in on how to become a better problem solver, but that isn’t my problem. Does anybody out there have good tips for me?

Math Help

I’m a good high-school student, and I’ve gotten straight A’s on my report cards for a long time. But recently, I’ve not been doing so well in math class. My latest test scores were only 93 and 90 (which are bad for me) solely because of stupid mistakes, and I just got a B- on a quiz. My math grade is in jeopardy, and I really want an A in that class! I didn’t make stupid mistakes first semester on my math tests, so I really don’t know what’s wrong with me lately. Do you have any advice on how I can stop worrying and start avoiding elementary, mental mistakes on quizzes and tests?

same problem, but i dropped the class already, so theres not much i can do! but i really need this D. My team is counting on me to beg him for that grade,he wont make me do extra credit or any work,and its not that he cant, its he wont.I dont know what else to say or do,i see him everyday and i ask him to give me one chance. Im planning to go see him tomorrow again, any ideas what to say to a stubborn math teacher?

Math Help

I am failing the class, and my mom won’t let me drop it because “I need a fourth year of math”, but it is really going to lower my GPA. What should I do?
It is an online class and there is no visual aids to help with it. And I can take a general math course in College in the fall.
