How should I prepare my students to take a very important high school math exam without totally boring them?

On January 24th, my students will take an important math exam. The exam is on algebra and geometry. We have 15 days to review. I don’t want to do passed exams all 15 days.

What math skills would one need to enter the business field?

I am considering a career path to follow and I was just wondering. By business field I mean accountant, economist, stock broker and the like. I am decent in math, I got a B in both Algebra and Geometry, but I still get mildly confused. What math skills are needed for these jobs? Do I just need to know business math like basic addition, subtraction and those with knowing interest as well? or do I need to know a lot more. All help is appreciated.
