They like the basic concepts of mean and standard deviation.

They like Stem and Leaf, and Box and Whiskers.

They like very simple Normal Distribution questions, such as if mean plus or minus 2 standard deviations is 95% probability and you know the mean, how much is the standard deviation?

They like very simple design of experiments, such as would it be a good idea to take a sample by using cell phone numbers (No, if not everyone has a cell phone).
