How come my English is advanced but my math is bad?

I was not even born in the U.S.A, i came here when i was eight. And recently in our school we took a test (I forgot what it was called) and i got 403 on the english part, which is considered advanced. But I got like a 300 for the math part.

Is something wrong with my brain? How come i am so good at English but suck at math?

Because unlike English or languages rather …math is more analytical.
English is more expressive in other words and math is a black and white subject ..you are either right ..or you are wrong.

brush the fundamentals in maths
practice then you will do well in maths

Your brain doesn’t like math, so what? Have more practice and you’ll eventually get it. Not everyone is good at everything. Or else it would be a Chaos. Most people have one profession anyway. So just find the subject you like and develop it and you may get somewhere with it.

just because you are not good at math does NOT mean there is something wrong with your brain. the brain is complex; as long as you aren’t seeing yourself as the Devil or feeling a limb you lost ten years ago, your brain should be healthy. (you laugh, but these things DO happen)
what part of english are you good at? i’m guessing its like writing essays adn analyzing stuff. i am really good at math (35 on the ACT math section). i am also amazing at the grammar portion of English, yet suck at writing essays for english and analyzing things the way my english teachers want. your brain isn’t bad dude. i just might be a little one-sided

People are usually good at some subjects than other. Like you; you are good at english and math you just dont like so much.
All you need to do is study and practice, like everything else
